I had the opportunity to speak to the students at the Urban Promise Academy in Wilmington DE. Was inspiring to see the students filled with joy and wanting to learn about the creative path I took. I gave the students a line to remember as they travel through there great paths. "90% of what we do is communication 10% is skills. So what is going to set you aside from the other billion folk that is trying to accomplish what you are."...
