We had the opportunity to work with the fabulous brand SILVER SPOON CATERING on there "EXECUTIVE BRUNCH FOR MEN" held at The Mill Space & organized by EVENTERPRISE. The event was hosted by Queon Jackson from SUMMER J POPS and Scott Daniels from STAR FISH CASTERS who gave great stories on how there business started.  This brunch brought out men who are leaders and entrepreneurs in there community and SILVER SPOON CATERING wanted to high light there good deeds. Recap MIDATLANTIC WINE + FOOD FESTIVAL 2014

A couple weeks back we got commissioned to photograph The MIDATLANTIC WINE + FOOD Festival The first event was "A Taste Of Brazil Lunch" at Rehoboth Beach’s newest international restaurant, opening soon by Meg Hudson, former partner of Wilmington's Domaine Hudson. The wine maker Patricia Carraro presented Lidio Carraro from Brazi and Seaford Moqueca by Chef Abde Dahrouch.

The MidAtlantic Wine + Food Festival™ began as an independent festival in 2013. The purpose of the MidAtlantic Wine + Food Festival is to be the premier food and wine event of the MidAtlantic featuring international vintners and chefs in collaboration with our local talent, to bring tourism to Delaware, and to increase awareness of our cultural assets. The Festival is the beneficiary of a generous two-year capacity-building grant from the Longwood Foundation. MidAtlantic Wine and Food Festival, Limited, is a Delaware nonprofit.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY: "KIDD'S CHICKEN AND WAFFELS"

When it comes to good breakfast in the morning Kidd's Chicken and Waffles is the place to be. We had the opportunity to shoot product shots and taste the classic dish and we must say very good. Kidd's Chicken and Waffles was establish in 2013 on the east side of Wilmington Delaware where Kendal was raised. As a young kid Kendal was proud to say he was from a section of Wilmington called the Downtown, where there was always a food spot. With the likes of Smitty's which was located on 2nd & popular to Chicken Charlie's. Along with the famous Lucy's which was known for the Lacy's Chicken fingers, he just wanted to give back to the community by providing a good food service. After research and returning from living in Atlanta, GA, Kendal discovered that the Pennsylvania Dutch were eating a version of chicken and waffles where they boiled or roasted it then shredded and put on top of the waffles with gravy instead of frying there chicken.  Kiddschickenandwaffles is open Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm Friday-Saturday 8am-10 / Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner so come out for some good food.
